Did you lose your appetite completely or are you eating 20 chocolate bars per day Stop doing all these! Trust me, it is not that difficult to get your life back on track and may be even get back together with your ex. So read on.

First, stop communicating with your ex completely. Don't send any more text message, e-mail messages and also stop calling your ex. Stop sending Im sorry cards and flowers everyday. Stop begging, apologizing and scaring your ex back to you. Imagine this: would you be happy if you were the one getting all those things. Would you really be happy?? Think about yourself and your life.

The second step is to leave the house, have fun and meet friends. It is useless to look at the past. You and your ex must evaluate your lives apart. So rather than counting the stars by your window go out with your friends. Stop thinking about him or her, that problem will come later. Enjoy some minutes in your life and maybe find some attractive girls or guys.

You should do things you love. Continue doing your favorite sport or do some new hobbies like baking and painting. It will help to build your self esteem after the hard break up.

After some weeks, send a mysterious message to your ex. Say things like Let us meet in your favorite restaurant or Thank you for everything without further explanation. You should be really sure about what you want to tell your ex. Be decent enough for the meeting.

Dont show your ex a proxy boyfriend or girlfriend to make him or her jealous. It will make your ex move on because you are clearly moving on. Movies may do this, but it is not effective in real life.

After a date or two, show that you are an improved person. Tell your ex about your new hobbies or new ideas from your work. If your ex is still in love with you somehow, this is the right time to get back together. May be you can reminisce the past and get back together.

Remember that there is no such easy steps to get ex back into your life. If your ex doesnt want to make up, then dont force him or her. Somebody more deserving might knock by your door someday.
